Nigerian youngster Zadok Yohanna could be on the verge of a move to Premier League side Brighton & Hove Albion ahead of the summer transfer window,\u00a0Afrik-Foot<\/u>\u00a0reports.<\/p>\n

The 18-year-old has enjoyed a breakthrough campaign at Swedish club AIK,\u00a0after\u00a0he joined just last year\u00a0and has\u00a0recorded nine goal contributions across all competitions this season.<\/p>\n

His impressive performances have attracted the attention of several of Europe\u2019s top clubs, with scouts regularly monitoring his progress and it now appears only a matter of time before he leaves AIK.<\/p>\n

Zadok Yohanna\u2019s future has been uncertain in recent weeks due to the level of interest he has attracted from major European clubs, raising questions over whether he will remain at AIK beyond the summer.<\/p>\n

As per reports from Florian Plettenberg on X, Brighton have already reached a verbal agreement with the player and are now in negotiations with AIK over a transfer fee.<\/p>\n

Afrik-Foot understands that the Premier League club have stepped up their efforts to secure Yohanna\u2019s signature and are pushing strongly ahead of rival clubs.<\/p>\n

However, the Swedish side are understood to value the Nigerian youngster at around \u20ac30 million. If the deal is agreed at that price, Yohanna would become the most expensive departure in the history of Swedish football.<\/p>\n

RB Leipzig also remain firmly in the race and continue to monitor the situation closely, although they are yet to submit an official bid. The German club value Yohanna at around \u20ac20 million, which falls below AIK\u2019s asking price.<\/p>\n\n
