Foo Fighters lead singer Dave Grohl has finally broken his silence on the affair that nearly ended his marriage of over 22 years to Jordyn Blum.<\/p>\n

The 57-year-old rocker recently chatted with The Guardian about the scandal that nearly had Blum saying she was “done, done, onto the next one,” revealing that he was willing to do the work to gain back the former model’s trust.<\/p>\n

In this case, the work was intense therapy, and Grohl revealed, “I’ve been in therapy six days a week for 70 weeks.”<\/p>\n

It’s not lost on him how much time that took, and he also shared, “I did the math the other day: over 430 sessions.”<\/p>\n

Grohl admitted in September 2024 that he had fathered a child outside his marriage, an admission that had Foo Fighters fans reeling as many questioned if his marriage would survive. In his initial confession on Instagram, the “Everlong” singer vowed, “I love my wife and my children, and I am doing everything I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness<\/p>\n

It took nearly a year for Grohl and Blum to make their first public appearance together after the cheating scandal. The longtime couple looked happy together during their first red carpet appearance of 2026 (and only the second since his infidelity admission).<\/p>\n\n
