According to Scottish outlet CeltsAreHere, the Spanish club directly verified claims surrounding the negotiations, including an overall package valued at around \u20ac11 million.<\/p>\n

The precise structure was initially unclear, but Sky Sports reporter Anthony Joseph subsequently placed Celtic\u2019s guaranteed offer at approximately \u20ac7 million, rising to about \u20ac10.5 million if all bonuses are achieved.<\/p>\n

However, he stressed that the clubs had not yet reached a complete agreement. Both reports indicate confidence that the remaining points can be resolved.<\/p>\n

Celtic\u2019s latest proposal represents a substantial increase on their opening approach.<\/p>\n

KingFut reported in July that the Scottish champions had offered approximately \u20ac4 million for the 24-year-old following his performances with Egypt at the World Cup.<\/p>\n

The reported \u20ac10.5 million maximum package would bring Celtic considerably closer to Oviedo\u2019s valuation. Hassan\u2019s release clause fell from \u20ac18 million to \u20ac12 million following Oviedo\u2019s relegation from La Liga<\/p>\n

Villarreal are also entitled to 40% of the transfer proceeds under the agreement that took Hassan to Oviedo in 2024, increasing the Spanish club\u2019s incentive to maximise the fee.<\/p>\n

Hassan has reportedly accepted Celtic\u2019s four-year proposal and wants to complete the move. The winger previously rejected a lucrative five-year offer from an unnamed Saudi Pro League club because he preferred to continue his career in Europe.<\/p>\n

Marseille were also linked with Hassan after Celtic\u2019s opening bid was rejected.<\/p>\n\n
